CLASSICAL BALLET- WHY?

Every child has a natural joy of movement and creativity. Therefore, right from the start, a lot of incentives are needed to support and promote the natural growth process. Ballet builds on that.

In our technically dominated world, children find the necessary balance in ballet lessons. Dancing, art and music promote emotional balance and a sense of grace and harmony. It also supports the development of the child. Through rhythmic training, even the youngest automatically grow into the element of the high art of classical ballet. After a short time everything clumsy and awkward falls away from them. They get security and body control that they later keep for their whole life. In addition, the imagination is stimulated and the feeling for music, especially for its interpretation and empathy, is cultivated to a greater extent.

A factor that should not be overlooked is the physical training work for the body, which, whenever it may, pays off in life.

Although not every student becomes a ballerina, basic training in classical ballet strengthens the muscles and promotes a healthy posture. Children learn to feel their bodies and practice their coordination. They expand their perception and improve their ability to concentrate. Your self-esteem will be strengthened.

Regular training is required to learn the technique of classical ballet. The exercises are performed both on the bar and in the middle of the room. First of all, the preparation of the body and learning the basic technique are in the foreground. Steps and sequences of steps then follow, and finally jumps. The placement of the body and all movements are aligned to their shape. In the course of the training, the body becomes the means of movement. The movement, not the body, is the focus of this dance.

Our lessons are aimed at individual support. We adapt to the physical capabilities of each individual student and attach great importance to the precise teaching of correct ballet technique. Incorrect postures are thereby avoided.
